Rated 2 out of 5 by from General review of product I think the only thing I like about this griddle is the size of the cooking surface. I find it cooks unevenly. And what is the purpose of your cooking guide when your temperature probe does not have those temps (see photo). It’s a guessing game! Ruined many pancakes, French toast and grill cheese sandwiches.
