Rated 1 out of 5 by from Questionable quality I purchased the griddle last month. The temperature settings are inconsistent mostly causing overheating and burning of food. There's a strange discoloration if the surface suggesting the coating used is not rated correctly. Who knows what type of outgassing is happening and getting into the food being cooked. I will be disposing of the griddle and asking a refund.

Uneven heating, shuts off while cooking, and hard to clean between tray and plastic. All in all the worst of all electric skillets. Nothing but a piece of junk. Oh and the warming tray that is a seller for most doesn't keep your food warm either!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor. Burns Everything Got this griddle as a gift. I have used other griddles for years. Unless you set the temp below 300. Everything burns. Very disappointed. Stopped using this griddle. Maybe it’s a malfunction? Let me know if this is a factory defect.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice but a few details over looked Nice looking but the handles make it more than 24” wide which means it can’t be easily stored in most cabinets. Handles are not a cooking feature so why? Nice warming tray but not deep enough to store power cord. Seriously, add 1/16” and make it functional post cooking too. Because the shape of the power/temp gauge is not something that otherwise fits drawers well. It’s actually kinda ridiculous. And the power cord is too short. Really to short! 12” is not sufficient.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from 👎 Bought this a few months ago to replace the one I've had for 20 years. The only good about it is that it heats up quick. However the male to female connection to heat up the griddle is absolute garbage and a pain in the butt hassle every time we use it. We have to pick it up and and make sure it lines up properly. The cord itself is short. This thing has been more of a inconvenience than convenience. I would 100% not recommend buying this griddle until the plug connection is updated with a better guide for the prongs or something. Just ridiculous the way that part is designed.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Lousy grill!!!!!! I bought this on 24 Jan 2023 and after 4 uses the surface began to peel off. What a piece of junk. In addition it has a very poor cooking and heat setting system. Stuff just burns even at lower settings.
