Basic bread in express mode.
I bought this about a month ago and I am extremely happy with it except for one thing. When making the basic 1.5 lb bread In the express mode I’m not allowed to select the crust color. It basically has no color to it. Am I doing something wrong?

Hard to fine to find bread paddle
I bought this machine a few months ago I lost the bird paddle that goes down inside the bread pan and every time I put the model number in to try and find the correct paddle nothing appears for it Other than that problem it’s a nice machine but presently I’m unable to use it because I have no paddles for it

Warning if you bake Gluten Free
If you're planning to make Gluten Free bread in this item, don't use the recipe in the booklet that comes with the breadmaker. I tried it 3 times, making sure I had fresh GF flour and yeast. It didn't rise any of those times and was a solid, underbaked brick! When I tried it with a recipe I found online, it worked great. Oster's recipe doesn't have enough yeast or water for the amount of flour used. Given how expensive GF flour is, it was a very costly learning curve. Oster, please test your recipes better in future.

I've had this machine for over 10 years. It does exactly what I program it to do every time. The bread that comes out is exactly what I expect. We are going to start making pizza dough.

i wrote a previous review with a picture of the bread that did not cook properly.
Apparently that review was pulled. The machine makes a loud snapping noise and 5 of my loaves did not turn out.

No manual for this model
My machine did not come with a physical manual in the box and I cannot find one online for it anywhere.. I cannot use it at all. Where are the instructions for this model?!?!

Seems to labor
Just purchased this Bread Maker from Amazon Canada. It seems to labor and actually stops and restarts when kneading. I am concerned that it will burn itself out. Your comments please.
