Rated 5 out of 5 by from There is nothing like glass My Oster blender is about 100 years old and I have NEVER has problems with it, so I was in tears when I dropped the glass jar and broke it. My first thought was to throw the whole thing out, go to the store and purchase whatever is on the market now, but then I thought "go onto Oster's website and see if I can purchase a new jar." I could not believe that not only was the jar available, but it was still available in glass! Thank you Oster for supporting and supplying people with butter fingers. I love my blender.

I was pleasantly surprised to find one online for a reasonable price. Ordering one was straightforward and delivery was within a few days, better than I had expected. Based on my experience, I would buy from Oster (Jarden) again.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Fit my 30 year old blender perfectly Rep could not find my Oster blender model listed but she sure gave it a good try. I ordered online hoping the glass jar would fit by looking at the product photos online. It fit the top lid and bottom blade assembly perfectly.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing these are still available! My mom got an avocado green Osterizer in 1972 with the intention of making my baby food. I was born in May ‘72 and while she didn’t end up making any baby food, this blender has been a part of 46 years of family meal prep. My fiancé (a chef) and I now have the blender and it’s now missing a button but it remains ‘hands down’ the best blender out there. Up until a year ago we still had the original jar... i love that I can still buy replacement parts 46 years later.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fast, excellent service. My 30+ year blender had to be replaced ( I foolishly left a metal spoon in it and the jar exploded when I turned the blender on). I was so happy to find I could replace my blender, so inexpensively and quickly.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quality like the "Good Ol' Days"! I'm so pleased that Oster still offers replacement parts and I will continue to support this brand because of that. In this time of 'throw away' thinking I love that my blender was made to last and I can buy a new jar that is as good as the old one that I broke. I was also able to buy the replacement blade and sealer when those wore out.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Glass again - the only way to go. I had real trouble replacing the glass jar for my Oster Blender that is over 30 years old. I kept being told that I would have to revert to plastic and then also buy the lid to match, which I definitely did not want to do. Finally, after months of trying I got it from Jardin. Thank you for much.
