Rated 2 out of 5 by from Quality concerns for $80.00 I would expect more robust sliders. The design seems prone to problems in the ONE job, that is its main feature. Oster has let me down. A premium price at fair performance...I am doubting buying any more Oster products.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from It's shinny but not happy with it beyond that. I bought this 2 years ago and was sorry I didn't return it right away. One of the slots now only toasts one side and what is the point of having 2 levers if they work together. I put 2 slices in and a few mins later pop in another 2 only to have them both pop up 30 seconds later and I have to reload the ones inserted later. After 2 years, it still looks like new as I take care of my things, no matter how lousy they are.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Too light toast on darkest setting I had both toasters the first one was TSSTTRJB3OR long 4 slice toaster only cooked on 1 side the second was TSS-TTROPS4-033 ( the tall one ) also lightly toasting on maximum setting ...purchased through Amazon, please help

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Oster - Slice Extra Tall Toaster Poor design. It allows you to toast 4 slices but as soon as the first set of toast finishes and pops up, it triggers the other side to pop up too. I have it set at max to make well done toast. It doesn't toast enough.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible product! Bought this at a premium price thinking I would have perfectly toasted bagels. The bagel setting doesn’t work. It toasts both sides instead of just the cut side. very disappointed. Will not buy anymore Oster products.
