Rated 5 out of 5 by from Out of the world WARRANTY I bought this oven, OSTER, Model TSSTTVDFL1033, in July 2015 and we used it for 5 years on a regular basis. This month, just when the baking season was starting, the oven just went "Phaaaat" and no power - nothing! I opened up the oven, and all the wires were in pristine condition. Nothing to give an idea of what went wrong. So I called Oster and asked them for advise to repair the unit - guess what ....they said they were going to replace it. I couldn't believe my eyes - yes I've bought a lot of appliances no warranty matches this company. So I highly recommend this toaster oven - it's an excellent appliance for all the right baking and toasting needs. I have still not opened up the box as its under quarantine for a week, but I am sure this will give me trouble free service for another 5 years for sure! Love you Oster people..

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Features! We bought this wonderful appliance almost two years ago and have to say it is the best countertop convection oven we have ever owned. We use it almost every day for everything from making toast to heating up pizza to roasting chicken and vegetables and entire meals. It features TWO shelves which we often use at the same time. It is extremely quiet and we love that it shuts off at the end of the cooking cycle, something our full-size oven does not do!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Loud Beeping no way to turn off This device has defined settings that automatically shut off after a set amount of time. It in no way requires the incredibly loud beeping to be a "safety" feature. There is no sensical reason why the user is not allowed a way to shut it off outside of dismantling the product to disconnect the circuit to the audio device portion. It wakes up any member of my household, and I can even hear it outside of my home while I'm doing yardwork. It defies logic why it cannot be quieted or shut off completely. I shouldn't have to disturb every member of my home to make some freaking toast, you've got to be kidding me. One star for this horrible design feature. The engineer who approved this should be put in a stockade with this beeping sound going off every minute for eternity. One star. Pathetic.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Is mine working. ? I can't tell if the convection feature even works . It literally is silent if it does. When I click the convection option on the tiniest fan turns on - I can only hear it if I listen REALLY close and if the fridge isn't running. Is this normal for this machine ?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Just purchased the newest Turbo Convection. So far it has been amazing. My dishes are perfect, the oven is large enough for whatever I'm making and I'm sure I'm saving electricity as well. Easy clean. Easy to use. Anyone thinking of getting one, do it.
